FAQ
Answers to common questions about CloudBoostUP: engagement models, process, legal, pricing, and data protection.
What is CloudBoostUP?
A talent platform for cloud, data, and DevOps: advisory, builders, and delivery packages. We match you with senior experts for your stack and use case, whether as a long-term partner or for a scoped deliverable.
What happens after I submit a reservation?
We review your reservation within 1 business day, confirming engineer availability and aligning on start date. Once approved, you receive an Engagement Agreement to review and countersign online. After signing, your engagement is confirmed and your expert is ready to start.
How quickly can you start?
Our goal is under 48 hours from order to engineer on your project. By automating matching and onboarding, we reduce what typically takes months of recruiting.
What is the difference between Advisory, Builders, and Packages?
Advisory covers roadmaps, architecture decisions, and priorities. Builders is delivery: senior experts on your project at hourly or full-time rates. Packages are fixed-price scoped deliverables with a guaranteed timeline.
Do you work with Azure, AWS, or both?
Azure, AWS, and VMware, with production experience across all three. Cloud best practices transfer: the patterns for networking, security, automation, and data architecture are consistent regardless of provider.
How does invoicing work?
You receive one invoice per order at the end of each calendar month, detailing hours worked, rates, and the engagement reference. Payment terms are NET 30.
What are prerequisites?
Prerequisites are things you need to provide before the engagement can start, like VPN access, cloud credentials, or a service principal. Billing starts only when all prerequisites are confirmed as fulfilled, not from the contract signing date.
