2. Reservation confirmed: Your order is received and logged. You get an immediate confirmation email.
3. We review and confirm availability: We verify engineer availability, align on start date, and identify prerequisites.
4. Contract auto-generated, we sign first: An Engagement Agreement covering scope, rates, and legal terms is generated automatically. We sign it first. You never wait on us.
5. You countersign online: Review and sign in your browser. Legally binding under eIDAS (EU), ZertES (CH), and ESIGN Act (US).
6. Prerequisites confirmed, billing starts: The clock starts when all prerequisites are fulfilled, not from the contract date. Your expert joins your project.

Legal layer you do not have to manage

• Engagement Agreement: Auto-generated per order. CloudBoostUP signs first, always.
